These Crispy Baked Chicken Drums are a perfect kids meal and easy dinner option. Made with whole animal butchery chicken drums from Flourish & Roam, they are deliciously crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The simple seasoning adds a flavorful kick that both kids and adults will love.

Ingredients
- (1 cup) Flour
- (1 tsp) Salt
- (1 tsp) Pepper
- (1 tsp) Paprika
- (1/2 tsp) Garlic Powder
- (1/4 cup) Melted Butter
- (4) Flourish & Roam Chicken Drums
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Dip chicken drums in melted butter, then coat with the flour mixture
- Place chicken drums on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is crispy and cooked through
